Train with Tammy
Tammy offers dynamic fitness classes, including kickboxing and bootcamp sessions, designed to challenge and inspire participants of all fitness levels.
Her kickboxing classes focus on improving cardiovascular endurance, strength, and coordination through high-energy routines that incorporate punches, kicks, and defensive moves.
The bootcamp sessions are intensive, full-body workouts that blend strength training, aerobic exercises, and agility drills to boost overall fitness and endurance. Tammy’s engaging and supportive teaching style ensures that each participant feels motivated and empowered, making her classes both effective and enjoyable.

Kickboxing - Youth & Adult
This class features punches, kicks, and extensive footwork, suitable for all fitness levels. You'll build stamina, improve coordination, and enhance flexibility in a fun and challenging workout. 1 hour long class.
Thursdays – 7:00pm
Fridays - 6:00pm

Kickboxing - Youth (Summer class)
This class will take place at Anita Langford Park near McClocklin Road and will feature cardio, interval training, and kickboxing exercises. Please bring your own kickboxing gloves and water. In case of rain, the class will be held at our indoor location.
Date: July 2nd – August 20th
Cost: $70 Time- 5:45-630pm

Bootcamp - Indoor
This group workout is designed for all fitness levels and incorporates elements of interval training, circuit training, and functional exercises. These classes offer a total body workout, combining cardiovascular and strength training through a mix of bodyweight and dumbbell exercises.
1 hour class.
Monday – 7:30pm
Thursday – 7:00pm

Bootcamp - Outdoor
(sumner class)
This group fitness class offers a full-body workout, combining strength training and cardio endurance. Held at Anita Langford Park near McClocklin Road, participants should bring a yoga mat and water.
